Shipping Policy
At Baboosh, we want to offer the best shipping options to our customers.
Shipping is free worldwide and is handled by FedEx from Morocco (for all rugs). As soon as your rug is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and can expect to receive your rugs within 5 to 10 business days (regardless of your location).
You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days for all in stock items. Rugs that are made to order take up to 15 weeks to make before shipping.
*Please note that duration of shipping mentionned starts once the item is shipped. At Baboosh, we do our best to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
